The Hotel at Avalon, Autograph Collection

The team at Hotel Avalon was absolutely spectacular during my client’s recent gala, and I cannot say enough about the level of care and professionalism displayed from start to finish. What truly stood out to me as a wedding planner was how intentionally they took care of everyone involved. Beyond ensuring our client and guests had an exceptional experience, the Avalon staff went above and beyond to make sure the vendor team was comfortable, supported, and set up for success. That level of consideration is rare and speaks volumes about their service standards and leadership. A special shout-out to Carole Trulio for her attentiveness and leadership throughout the process. When a venue values collaboration and treats vendors with the same care as their clients, it makes all the difference and Hotel Avalon truly exemplifies that. I would gladly work with their team again and highly recommend them for weddings and special events.

This hotel is beautiful. Very pet friendly, nice gym and warm inviting lobby with a fireplace. Starbucks adjacent; shopping Avalon is the best and the spa across the street if fantastic. The food at South City Kitchen located in the lobby has great food and drinks, the staff wasn't as friendly as the hotel staff.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My recent stay at The Hotel at Avalon, Autograph Collection in Alpharetta, GA was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, polished, and attentive without being overbearing. The staff truly made me feel welcomed and valued. The property itself is stunning. The design is modern yet comfortable, with beautiful finishes throughout the lobby and common areas. My room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed, with plush bedding and every detail carefully considered. It felt both luxurious and relaxing. The location is unbeatable. Being situated right in Avalon makes it incredibly convenient to walk to fantastic restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Everything you could need is just steps away, yet the hotel still feels peaceful and private. The pool area is also a highlight, offering a great atmosphere to unwind. Whether traveling for business or a weekend getaway, this hotel delivers on comfort, style, and service. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Alpharetta area. I will absolutely be back.

Very nice hotel, located in a great shopping area. A wonderful place for a Staycation. The rooms are clean and nice. The beds were comfortable ...form, yet soft. I slept very well! There was a mini fridge and a coffee maker with Starbucks coffee in our room. There were two terry cloth robes. Not very soft, but perfect for using to dry off after a shower. The body products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion) smelled very nice. I like that they have tea and water with fruit available at all times near the lobby elevator. I also saw cookies being served in the lobby at dinner time. The restaurant is a bit expensive but the food is good. There's a Starbucks located in the building and it's very convenient. There is valet parking available or you can self park. There is a $22 fee for daily parking in their parking garage. It is convenient to lots of shopping.

The Hotel at Avalon in Alpharetta, Georgia is a phenomenal hotel. The interior design is beautiful and welcoming. The customer service that I experienced was above and beyond. I planned a very special night for my fiancé and I during our first night and the bartenders and front desk staff played a big role in making sure everything went smoothly and I will always appreciate that. The rooms are very nice and clean with solid furniture and interior design. The only hiccup was that they didn’t clean the room during our two night stay which I’m sure doesn’t happen often but nevertheless it did kind of damper the experience because after spending a full day away from the room beginning in the morning and coming back in the evening the room wasn’t clean. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hotel at Avalon and will definitely be coming back!

Had a amazing time! Excellent hotel. Nice and clean. Everything is right in walking distance. The bar was really nice. The drinks were great and the bartender was very helpful with recommending drinks. The atmosphere is very cozy.

Love this property. Have stayed several times for conferences and Avalon remains solid. Nice rooms with solid restaurant on property. Breakfast benefit can be used at either restaurant or Starbucks. Only downside is limited suites which means upgrades rare but rooms looking up the bulivard are nice. Highlight is Julian at the front door who treates the property as his own providing St Regis level service from the moment he greats you. The events sales staff was really cool. Not often you see exec just hanging out after work and enjoying the amenities. Can't wait to return.

ONE NIGHT STAY but no complaints. Our room was ready when we arrived and the valet could not be friendlier. Our room was also clean and comfortable. The lobby area, which is large, was quite busy and loud but we had a nice dinner at the restaurant, South City Kitchen. A lot of people in the area come here after work for drinks so it can be busy/noisy. Iverall, more of a business/conference hotel than a romantic getaway spot.
